“Well, old Zalzas has been reading those journals Katrika does. He thought it would be a good idea if I posted my own thoughts so everyone could get a glimpse into my inner workings, and so he could be cool like Zoekin or something. Anyway I said no. then he bribed me with the complete series of Samurai Jack DVD collection and…well… Samurai Jack does have a very…attractive body…and he loses his clothes in almost every episode so how could I refuse.”

“So, I guess your probably been wondering how I’ve been getting along on my own in Felraya. Well, I have to admit it was hard at first. There are NO safe places to hide out here in the wild. The first week I was here I spent an entire DAY running from bigger predators. After I got away from one I would run smack dab into another one. Man, I was so tried by days end. As for sleeping, I’ve been actually living in “The grove of carnivorous plants” as I have head it called. There is a little hive of Tonorions that I usually sleep by. If I turn into something small like a rabbit or a snake then they don’t bother me and they scare off the larger predators that might be looking for me, like Crisis or Temi.”

“The grove” is actually a pretty dangerous place, almost everything in there will eat you without a second thought, so I am constantly on the lookout. When I first saw those ‘Watch flowers’ I was totally creped out. Watch flower, as the name suggest, are like a big sunflower that flower you where ever you go. Still gives me the heebie-jeebies. Anyway, thanks to my profession as a “Guardian of Nature” I can move around the grove rather freely. I know most of the plants by name now, and they generally consider me an ally so I don’t have to worry so much about them eating me.”

“the Dryads are another thing though. They heard of my “murders intensions” with Crisis, apparently a Dryad name Drayla is a friend of Crisis and she told all the other Dryads to eat me on sight. Which only compounds my troubles. But thanks to my good connections with nature the trees and other plants around here have been actually helping me hide. You know, like hiding my tracks and refusing to hold my scent. I am proud to say I am completely impossible to track down by normal methods. ^^
Although magical means are still a threat to me, but it’s the best I can hope for at this point, and now that I think about it. Anyone who reads this story will know where to find me. Hmmmm…I hope no one on Felarya reads this. I told Zalzas this was a stupid idea.”

“So anyway, that’s what’s going on with me. I spend most of my days watching Crisis and her friends, looking for weakness and the like. so far I haven’t come up with much. After my little stunt with Katrika everyone has been very careful about what they say. I feel bad for what I did to the kid, she seemed so sweet. But you got to do what you got to do, right?”

“I am just to weak to fight Crisis on her own terms, if she where my size I might have a chance, but she is just to big for me to be more then a little bug to her. Or snack depending on how hungry she is. I’ve been looking into facilitating help from some of the locals, but all the people I hired in Negav to kill Crisis never came back. At lest I didn’t have to pay them.

“I have decided that there is no way for me to find help among normal humans. I am not even sure if a human would EVER have a chance against a Naga, and if I actually find anyone that could beat a Naga I doubt I could convince them to work for me. My problems would probably be a bit beneath there notice. I am going to have to look else where for help.

“I’ve been asking the trees around Felraya if they have seen any really strong Non-human warriors walking around. I have had a few leads but no one so far has wanted to help me. I got a promising lead this morning from a very helpful sparrow. She said that there was this little Naga that was living west of Negav. Apparently she was strong enough to kill a Dridder by herself; I might be able to use her. I’ll start stalking her tomorrow and see what I can find.  Let’s hope she will be easy to convince, I won’t accept no for an answer.
